LJ Hooker Property Hub

Now known as Harcourt's Property Hub, I was Producing and distributing social content for a local real estate agency on the Gold Coast from 2020 - 2021. I joined Property Hub after the job uncertainty of the covid-19 outbreak in 2020 and they gave me an opportunity to grow and hone my craft in an industry that I was unfamiliar with. It’s been brilliant experience working here and the connections I’ve made I’ll have for life. Below are some of the notable projects I was involved in.

SUBURB PREVIEWS

An amazing project I’m very proud of is the creation of multiple Suburb Previews where footage is captured and edited into a video that targets buyers who are wanting to know more about a suburb through a visual format. This is especially targeted with the increased demand from interstate buyers not being able to experience what a suburb would be like due to lock-downs and travel restrictions. The captured footage can also be used as B-roll for market updates, location based shoots and promotions.

RENT WITH JESS

During my time at LJ Hooker Property Hub, I created content for Business Development Manager Jessica Melling’s social media brand “Rent with Jess and helped take it to the next level leading to many awards and interviews with media organizations, growing her business and her brand reach.
